In the policy:
“ Customer” means anyone who is purchasing our products from our IHA .
“ Order” means the order agreed between customer and IHA.
“ Order Confirmation” means our email to you confirming the order.
“ You” or “ Your” mean the customer.
“ We” /”us”/ “our” /”IHA” mean Instyle Home Accessories P/L.
“ Products”/” goods” means the shutters, blinds, curtains ect to be supplied by IHA described on the invoice.
Orders Cancellation or Changes
You can’t change or cancel the “custom made” order after your deposit made.
However IHA has to reserve the right to cancel your order if the fabrics you ordered is out of stock and no compensation to pay.
All custom made products, we need 50% deposit of order value when you confirm your order and 50% balance must be paid off on or before delivery.
All ready made products, full payment is required when you confirm your order.
You can make payment via visa, master card, internet bank transfer and cheque. All bank details are stated on the invoice for your order.
All goods remain the property of Instyle Home Accessories P/L and ownership of goods will not be passed onto our customers until payment is made in full.
Please confirm the products color with our sales before you place order to us. Please note as the color might be light variation if you make backorder.
The color of fabric may vary from lot to lot on some styles, and that we can discontinue certain styles and colors overtime.
On discontinued items, we reserve the right to replace warranties products with the closest color and styles.
On current products, we will do our best to match current style and color but the color may not 100% same. The color match to previous deliveries can not be guaranteed.
Plantation shutters, aluminium shutters, timber venetian blinds: 8-10 weeks.
Security roller shutters: 4 weeks
Curtains and drapes: 4 weeks for local fabrics, 8-10 weeks for overseas fabrics.
Zebra blinds, honeycomb blinds: 2-3 weeks
Soft roman blinds: 4 weeks
Roller blinds, roman blinds, panel glide, vertical blinds: 2 -3 weeks
Pleated blinds, Shangri-la blinds: 8-10 weeks
Café blinds, folding arms awnings: 4 weeks
Inspection of Merchandise
Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also please check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them.
If you notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly with 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, we will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7 day period, we won’t be able to do so. All damaged shipments must be singed for as damaged.
Our experienced installer will fit products for you if you require installation.
Refunds and Returns
As all products are custom made so we will not accept refunds and returns after order made. If the products are defective or incorrect made by us we will remake for you.
Your privacy is very important to us. When you place order to us or send enquiry to our email we will collect your limited personal information and keep it in a secure place and not disclose to third parties.

Young children can strangle in the loop of pull cords, chain and bead cords, and cords that run through window coverings. They can also wrap cords around their necks
To avoid strangulation and entanglement, keep cords out of the reach of young children.
IHA will supply to our customers or install child safety devices for each blinds and curtains. The tension device reduces the hazards of strangulation or entanglement by limiting access to the cord or bead chain.
Anchor the device with the cord or bead chain to the wall or floor, so young children cannot pull the cord or bead chain around their necks.
Move cots and furniture away from window covering cords. Always keep cords out of reach of young children.
Move all cribs, beds, furniture and toys away from windows and window cords, preferable to another wall.
Keep all window pull cords and inner lift cords out of the reach of children. Make sure that tasseled pull cords are short and continuous-loop cords are permanently anchored to the floors or wall. Make sure cord stops are properly installed and adjusted to limit movement of inner lift cords.
Lock cords into position whenever horizontal blinds or shades are lowered, including when they come to rest on a windowsill.
Never leave children alone in a room with cords they can reach.
We suggest to order cordless blinds in children’s room.
